Do you need to FTP your artwork?
If the artwork you are attempting to upload is less than 10MB in file size, you can e-mail your artwork directly to your Account Manager. If you do not know the appropriate e-mail address, our default email for artwork is Graphix@eyedeaworx.com
Access FTP
Our ftp site requires that you use an ftp client platform. We suggest using FileZilla if you do not have a program currently in use. A Folder with your company name will be created on the ftp site. Please click and drag or copy and paste the art files in that folder.

Can I Upload Everything? Music & Video files too?
We only accept ARTWORK on our FTP system. We want to insure that what we reproduce is the exact same version that you have completed. Because of this fact, we require “Master” discs for use in our production process. This eliminates errors with file transfer – and avoids any missing data in the finished product.
